Kela's latest survey invites users of the English kela.fi website to shape the services aimed at them by sharing what aspects they think are effective and what areas need improvement.
Kela is committed to developing the way it operates in order to promote equity and ensure that all customers, irrespective of first language, are able to access Kela's services seamlessly. To gather valuable insights on the possible shortcomings of its online services, Kela is conducting a survey aimed specifically at users of the English website.
The survey seeks to collect information on users' experiences of website navigation and accessibility, so that Kela's online services can be tailored to better meet the needs of this specific group of users.
-The content on the Kela.fi website is almost identical among the Finnish, Swedish and English version. The number of visits to the English-language pages has been growing steadily, with that figure reaching 1.3 million last year. We would like to find out how well the English content meets the needs of our customers, Kela.fi's Chief Editor Maija Luotonen says.
The survey can be accessed here.
It takes around 10 minutes to complete the survey. Users can take part until March 17, 2024.
