<h1>Criteria for determining reference price groups have changed on 1 January 2023</h1>

<p>In the future, a reference price group will be formed of interchangeable medicinal products if the reference price group includes at least two reimbursable medicinal products on the market, at least one of which is a generic product, parallel imported medicinal product or parallel distributed product.</p>

<p>Viitehintaryhmä muodostetaan jatkossa keskenään vaihtokelpoisista myyntiluvallisista lääkevalmisteista, jos muodostettavaan viitehintaryhmään sisältyy vähintään kaksi kaupan olevaa korvattavaa lääkevalmistetta, joista vähintään toinen on rinnakkaisvalmiste, rinnakkaistuontivalmiste tai rinnakkaisjakeluvalmiste.</p>

If you are acting on behalf of another person, you need a specific power of attorney from that person and proof of your identity.</p><p>If you bring your online banking credentials or a mobile certificate, you can manage your Kela-related affairs on a self-service computer at the service point.</p><p>You are permitted to bring a guide dog, an assistance dog or a government working dog to a service point.</p>
