The OmaKela e-service may lag and users may experience slower than normal performance between 14.00 and 17.00 on 20–21 February and again on 24–25 February. Kela is expecting a temporary increase in traffic to the e-service because Kela is about to send a letter to students in higher education prompting them to pay their student healthcare fee.  We apologise for any inconvenience.

Henkilöasiakkaiden asiointipalvelussa OmaKelassa voi esiintyä ruuhkaa ja hidastelua 20.2. ja 21.2. sekä 24.2. ja 25.2. klo 14.00 - 17.00 välillä. Korkeakouluopiskelijoille lähetetään infokirje opiskelijoiden terveydenhoitomaksusta, jonka seurauksena odotetaan ruuhkaa OmaKelaan. Pahoittelemme häiriöstä aiheutuvaa haittaa.

E-tjänsten för privatkunder MittFPA kan drabbas av rusning och störningar 20.2 och 21.2 samt 24.2 och 25.2 kl. 14.00–17.00. <p>When you visit a service point, bring proof of identity, such as your passport or driver’s licence. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you need a specific power of attorney from that person and proof of your identity.</p><p>If you bring your online banking credentials or a mobile certificate, you can manage your Kela-related affairs on a self-service computer at the service point.</p><p>You are permitted to bring a guide dog, an assistance dog or a government working dog to a service point.</p>
