<h1>Rehabilitation courses for informal caregivers</h1>

<p>Kela provides rehabilitation courses for informal caregivers. The rehabilitation is multidisciplinary and group-based.</p>

<p>The course provides life management support and advice on how to understand and cope with the challenges of being an informal caregiver. A requirement for participating in the course is that you are motivated to take part in group-based rehabilitation.</p>

<p>There are two different courses for informal caregivers:</p>

<ul>
	<li><a href="/informal-caregivers-couple-course">couple’s course for informal caregivers, in which the informal caregiver participates together with the adult family member that he/she is caring for</a>.</li>
	<li><a href="/informal-caregivers-rehabilitation-course">rehabilitation course for informal caregivers, in which the informal caregiver participates alone</a>.</li>
</ul>

<h1>Omaishoitajan kuntoutuskurssit</h1>

<p>Kela järjestää omaishoitajille kuntoutuskursseja. Kuntoutus on moniammatillista ja ryhmämuotoista.</p>

<p>Kurssilta saat tukea elämäntilanteesi hallintaan sekä keinoja ja valmennusta omaishoitajuudesta aiheutuvien haasteiden ymmärtämiseen ja niistä selviytymiseen. Kurssille osallistuminen edellyttää, että olet motivoitunut ryhmässä toteutettavaan kuntoutukseen.</p>

<p>Omaishoitajille on kaksi eri kurssia:</p>

<ul>
	<li><a href="/omaishoitajien-parikurssi">omaishoitajan parikurssi</a>, jolle omaishoitaja osallistuu yhdessä aikuisen omaishoidettavan läheisen kanssa</li>
	<li><a href="/omaishoitajien-kuntoutuskurssi">omaishoitajan kuntoutuskurssi</a>, jolle omaishoitaja osallistuu yksin.</li>
</ul>

<h1>Rehabiliteringskurser för närståendevårdare</h1>

<p>FPA ordnar rehabiliteringskurser för närståendevårdare. Rehabiliteringen är multiprofessionell och genomförs i grupp.</p>

<p>På en kurs för närståendevårdare får du stöd för att hantera din livssituation samt verktyg för att förstå och klara av de utmaningar som uppgiften som närståendevårdare medför. För att delta i en kurs behöver du vara motiverad att delta i rehabilitering som genomförs i grupp.</p>

<p>För närståendevårdare finns det två olika kurstyper:</p>

<ul>
	<li><a href="/parkurs-for-narstaendevardare">parkurs för närståendevårdare</a>: närståendevårdaren deltar i kursen tillsammans med den vuxna person som han eller hon är närståendevårdare för</li>
	<li><a href="/rehabiliteringskurs-for-narstaendevardare">rehabiliteringskurs för närståendevårdare</a>: närståendevårdaren deltar i kursen ensam. </li>
</ul>

Kela järjestää omaishoitajille kuntoutuskursseja. Kuntoutus on moniammatillista ja ryhmämuotoista.

<h2>Kuntoutus toi tauon omaishoitajan arkeen</h2>

<p>Eppu on hoitanut vaimoaan Anjaa kotona sen jälkeen, kun tämä sai aivoverenvuodon 16 vuotta sitten. Omaishoitajan arkea tauottavat kuntoutuskurssit ja omat harrastukset. Kela järjestää omaishoitajille nyt myös etäkuntoutusta.</p>

<p>Eppu har vårdat sin fru Anja hemma sedan hon fick en hjärnblödning för 16 år sedan. Rehabiliteringskurser och egna fritidsintressen utgör pauser i närståendevårdarens vardag.</p>
