Guidance in how to use the remote interpretation software

You can contact the Centre for Interpreting Services for the Disabled to request guidance in how to use the remote interpretation software. Specify in your request which software you need help with.

An interpreter will walk you through the use of the software. In addition, you get advice on good practices for remote interpreting that it is worthwhile to keep in mind.

The guidance session lasts about an hour and it is implemented as on-site interpretation. The interpreter will join at your preferred location. Please note that the guidance session will be deducted from the total number of interpretation hours awarded to you.
