<p>Notify Kela without delay if the child’s circumstances change. The changes may affect the entitlement to disability allowance for persons under 16 years.</p>

<p>Notify Kela if</p>

<ul>
	<li>the child’s disability or health changes significantly</li>
	<li>the need of care, attention and rehabilitation is considerably reduced or increased</li>
	<li>the child moves abroad or returns to Finland</li>
	<li>the benefits that are deducted from the disability allowance or their amounts change.</li>
</ul>

<p>The changed circumstances may require that you file a new application.</p>

<p>Ilmoita Kelaan mahdollisimman pian, jos lapsen olosuhteet muuttuvat. Muutokset voivat vaikuttaa oikeuteen saada alle 16-vuotiaan vammaistukea.</p>

<p>Ilmoita Kelaan, jos</p>

<ul>
	<li>lapsen vamma tai terveydentila muuttuu olennaisesti</li>
	<li>jos hoidon, huolenpidon ja kuntoutuksen tarve vähenee tai lisääntyy merkittävästi</li>
	<li>lapsi muuttaa ulkomaille tai palaa Suomeen</li>
	<li>vammaistuesta vähennettävissä tuissa tai niiden määrissä tapahtuu muutoksia.</li>
</ul>

<p>Muuttunut tilanne saattaa edellyttää uuden hakemuksen tekemistä.</p>

<h1>Meddela förändringar</h1>

<p>Meddela FPA så fort som möjligt om det sker förändringar i barnets förhållanden. Förändringarna kan inverka på rätten till handikappbidrag för personer under 16 år.</p>

<p><strong>Meddela FPA om</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>barnets funktionsnedsättning eller hälsotillstånd förändras väsentligt</li>
	<li>barnets behov av vård, omvårdnad och rehabilitering minskar eller ökar betydligt</li>
	<li>barnet flyttar utomlands eller återvänder till Finland</li>
	<li>det sker förändringar i de förmåner eller förmånsbelopp som dras av från handikappbidraget.</li>
</ul>

<p>Om barnets situation förändras kan det behövas en ny ansökan.</p>

<p>When you visit a service point, bring proof of identity, such as your passport or driver’s licence. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you need a specific power of attorney from that person and proof of your identity.</p><p>If you bring your online banking credentials or a mobile certificate, you can manage your Kela-related affairs on a self-service computer at the service point.</p><p>You are permitted to bring a guide dog, an assistance dog or a government working dog to a service point.</p>

Customer service points where service is provided by Kela’s employees. You can get personal advice in all Kela-related matters.

Service points where service is provided by the municipality’s employees. You can get general guidance on Kela’s benefits and services. You can pick up forms and brochures and file applications.

<p>When you visit a Kela customer service point, bring proof of identity, such as your passport or driver’s licence.
